ABOUT
I believe that therapy has the potential to help people gain insight about themselves and their past in order to create meaningful change. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals and have a positive experience along the way. I specialize in working with adults and couples who are navigating a variety of life transitions, relationship challenges, personal growth, and emotional well-being. Whether you're seeking to improve communication in your relationship or to better understand your own patterns of thinking and behavior, Iām here to help you through the process.
I received my Masters in Social Work from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. I have experience working in a variety of different clinical settings within the mental health field. I am trained in both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches and use both to meet individual needs and work towards goals.
